The annual Fresh Summit expo never disappoints when it comes to demonstrating exciting innovation, ideas and collaboration within the fresh produce industry. If you’re anything like the team here at IFCO, you likely enjoy not only the networking, or outstanding food offered on the show floor, but admiring the new trends when it comes to booth design, eye catching attractions and functionality. Here’s a list of our favorites at the 2015 expo in Atlanta:

Bolthouse at 2015 Fresh Summit

Bolthouse Farms: Bolthouse did a great job showcasing their connection to farm/farmers within their booth. We especially loved the phrase "crafted by a bunch of carrot farmers."

West Pak at 2015 Fresh Summit

West Pak: The use of white combined with Victorian style furniture made this booth a stand-out amongst its neighbors. We thought it was a bold and on-trend statement!

Georgia Peach Council at 2015 Fresh Summit

Georgia Peach Council: We are obsessed with Big Fuzzy! What more needs to be said?

Seald Sweet at 2015 Fresh Summit

Seald Sweet: This new booth for 2015 featured a natural barn look, beautiful lighting and tractor seat stools! It was nicely done and filled with traffic throughout the show.

Taylor Farms at 2015 Fresh Summit

Taylor Farms: Taylor Farms drew their booth visitors straight into their world with authentic farm feel. We loved the metal water tanks as accents.

Lipman Produce at 2015 Fresh Summit

Lipman: Lipman launched a new brand at the show that we loved for its focus on modern nostalgia. The booth captured the “family farming” aspect while incorporating a crisp, mid-century feel.

L&M at 2015 Fresh Summit

L&M: This booth looked like a Pinterest board with its country chic theme and beautiful lighting, giving it a homey and inviting feel.  We felt like we were in a market with friends.

Stemilt at 2015 Fresh Summit

Stemilt: We were drawn to Stemilt’s natural look, two-story wood structure, and subdued colors.

California Avocado Commission at 2015 Fresh Summit

California Avocado Commission: The California Avocado Commission booth showcased the journey from tree to plate – a trending topic that is important to the trade and consumers.
